God has provided us with a beautiful rainbow of produce, legumes, grains and more. We want to encourage the use of them. Every week we hope to inspire you to try new recipes in the kitchen that are healthy for our minds, spirit and body.
Oh how I love peanut butter cookies! We make our own peanut butter and they are sooo yummy! You can use any store bought peanut butter as well. When buying peanut butter you want as few ingredients as possible, peanuts and salt is best. Avoid all peanut butters with hydrogenated oils, they are not good for our bodies!
